Licensing organisations
All NGBs and CSPs involved in accrediting Clubmark clubs are subject to a licensing process to ensure that they work to a minimum operating framework and can prove it.
Following national lead officer training and further consultation throughout the year, a NEW Licence Agreement has been developed to formalise the process undertaken to achieve the award and document ongoing conditions for both parties.
For existing licensed NGBs and CSPs this new voluntary agreement commences from 1 April 2008 and will be valid for two years, thereby ending on 31 March 2010. This supersedes all existing arrangements. All licensed organisations have received written confirmation of this.
Also, to recognise NGBs and CSPs for the pivotal role they play, a new logo has been designed. The Licensing organisation logo, shown here, can be used by licensed NGBs and CSPs to differentiate them from Clubmark accredited clubs.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss anything in more detail, please contact Clare MacLeod, National Clubmark Manager.
