Talking Sport – the new way of learning
Talking Sport seminars - the new and stimulating way for community sports volunteers to learn and develop new skills - has been officially launched today.
The seminars are high quality sessions, led by an expert facilitator with extensive industry knowledge and experience.
The principles of peer learning and sharing of best practice are used extensively and seminars can be highly effective for varying group sizes.
After extensive consultation, an excellent range of Talking Sport Seminars have been developed.
These cover themes including:
-
External funding - is it really out there and how do we obtain it?
- Being social - using social media to benefit your club
- Making your club finances tick
- Do we really need more volunteers? How to make better use of our existing volunteers
We have identified a comprehensive list of topics with descriptions that can be viewed on our website here.
Seminars can also be specifically designed to meet your needs and create a bespoke session, using any of the 17 core topics or other topics relating to your needs.
