Traditionally, runningsportshas organised 3-hour workshops with fixed topics. The new programme will offer a far more flexible approach and be tailored to your needs. We want you to choose your topic based on local need/demand. We will provide the facilitator who will explore the issues indepth and challenge you and your peers for solutions.
